All products sold on this website are digital downloads in Microsoft Word (.docx) format. Upon successful payment you will receive an order confirmation email containing a secure download link. Downloads are available for up to 3 attempts within 365 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to download and save your document promptly.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a document has been downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds on downloaded digital products. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from downloading your purchase, please contact us at info@coderegs.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
